“The breakfast menu was good. The room was not very clean. It needed to vacuum better, and and some trash on the floor. Also when we went to the pool the 1st evening, there were no pool towels, so I asked bathe girl in the front desk and she was very rude and did not look like she wanted to be there.”

“I arrived for check-in around 6:30 p.m. on Friday March 6. There was no one at the front desk so I waited a couple minutes. I rang the bell and still nothing. The maintenance man walked by and called someone on his walkie talkie and told me someone would help me soon. I waited a few more minutes and still nothing. I rang the bell many times and finally a young man came up from behind the door in the front desk area. He looked half asleep. Overall I waited about ten to twelve minutes before...
